The SignOnSanDiego.com resume database contains over 78,000 resumes and grows everyday. The resumes are obtained through the website and when the Union-Tribune holds Job Fairs. The Database works like a search engine in that you type in a few keywords that describe the type of employee you are looking for and the results pop up almost immediately. You may also choose to set up Resume Agents. These are automatic searches that continuously scan the Database for new resumes that meet your specific requirements. You then receive an e-mail notifying you of the new resumes as they become available.

The cost to access this database is $400 for one month. A three-month contract is $325 per month, a six-month contract is $275 per month, and a one-year contract is $200 per month.
